:this kind of argument can be made for almost every death ever in the series (the master, anyone?). I've changed "She was killed" to "She was ''presumably'' killed" and now hope that this somewhat silly discussion can be put to rest ;-) -- [[User:Capricorn|Capricorn]] 16:59, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
