Arix was a woman who ran a lucrative and illegal business providing cruiser ships for paying passengers as a front for hunting parties on the planet Ockora. When her cruiser was sunk by a co-ordinated attack by the Ockorans, she was rescued by the Doctor, along with paying ‘passengers’ in the TARDIS, only to be taken to the nearest Galactic Security office, where their illegal activities would be dealt with and justice served.
