Billis was one of three Harvest Rangers sent to an unnamed planet in 5345 to harvest Androzani trees for fuel with acid rain.When Doxil found Madge Arwell, Ven-Garr and he wanted to know where she had come from. Billis identified her as a time-traveler. Madge started to cry, which made Doxil cry. Billis wanted to repect her as a woman and insisted Ven-Gar and Doxil lower their guns.
