He had plans to build a transmitter that would turn every one on the planet Earth into pyrovilian's. He was discoverd by Doctor what hios plans were doing. The Doctor and Caeciliuses son Quintus found out that his arm was made out of rock. The doctor broke half of his arm of and him and Quintus escaped. He later went into mount vesuvios to stop the doctor from destroying his transmiter. Only he failed to do so and the doctor destroyed it thus killing him.
