Brian Cobby voiced The Oroog in BFA: The Creed of the Kromon.
Cobby has one of the most recognisable voices in the United Kingdom, having been the voice of the Speaking Clock since 1985. He has played that "role" fictionally in the fourth installment of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy radio series.
