Aubrey Woods (born 9 April 1928) played the Controller in DW: Day of the Daleks. He is perhaps best known for playing Bill the Candy Store Owner in Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (1971) as well as singing the song "The Candy Man" in the film.
