Stephen Downey is a comics artist from Belfast, Northern Ireland, who drew "Somebody Else’s Problem: A Gwen Cooper Story" in Torchwood Magazine #23 in 2010. He has also drawn the dark fantasy graphic novel Cancertown from Insomnia in 2009, and the gangland thriller Slaughterhouse Creed from Markosia and the miniseries Jennifer Wilde from Atomic Diner in 2011.
