Susan Engel (born 25 March 1935) played Cessair in DW: The Stones of Blood. She also played Ms Joy in Big Finish Productions' Gallifrey audio series story A Blind Eye. In 2011, she was the reader of a newly written audio version of DWN: Doctor Who and the Stones of Blood.
