Guybrush (who drew his nickname from The Secret of Monkey Island) is Benjamin McKenzie of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. A long-time, perhaps even old-school Doctor Who fan, he has written fan fiction, attended conventions and once had a way-too-serious article about the Valeyard published in Sonic Screwdriver, the fanzine of the Victorian Doctor Who Fan Club. He doesn't do those things any more.
His favourite Doctor is probably either Troughton, Davison or McCoy, though he has a real soft spot for both Col and McGann, and this Tennant bloke doesn't look too shabby, either. (Yeah, he's mostly a "splendid chaps, all of them" kinda guy.) He used to make a lot of contributions to Doctor Who articles on Wikipedia, but stopped when he felt that there was far too much specific Who content there for a general encyclopedia.
