The Zordon Nebula was a location known to both the Angvians and Golos. Their treaty forbade the settling of any of the outer worlds of the nebula, but the Angvians settled them anyway. The Angvians later claimed they were invited in by the natives. (BFA: Bang-Bang-A-Boom!)
