: I think they're supposed to be licenced action figures with the heads swapped. I think they're supposed to be licenced action figures with the heads swapped. Left is definitely the Fifth Doctor with Four's distinctive scarf, while the right is the Ainley Master, though I'm not sure whose torso that is... -- Tybort (talk page) 02:43, February 12, 2012 (UTC)
