: That is the Chrysler Building, I believe. It was completed about 11 months before and was at that point the tallest building in the world. The Empire State Building
At one point, Tallulah looks out of the Empire State building and says, "No wonder they picked here." You can clearly see a tall building which looks like the Empire State.
