The Small Print on the Series 6 Boxset Leaflet, that comes with the Series 6 DVD and Blu-ray Boxset, says "CORRECTION: The additional scene "Up All Night" has incorrectly been credited on screen. It was written by Tom MacRae, rather than Steven Moffat", so Tom MacRae DID write this story, so it is not "Silly" that it was changed.
