{{dab page}} is an incredibly simple template for placing a disambiguation note at the top of a page.
{{dab page}} can be contrasted with {{you may}}. {{dab page}} is for linking to a disambiguation page, whereas {{you may}} gives readers a choice between two articles.
It's preferable to use a template for this purpose rather than typing in the raw code, for reasons enumerated here.
Usage
Just type {{dab page|pagename}}
and you're done!
For instance, typing {{dab page|Flashback}}
results in:
