Caroline Skinner is the new executive producer who has been working with Steven Moffat starting with The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe. She is going to replace Piers Wenger and Beth Willis.
Before working on Doctor Who, she has worked as a script editor for The Ruby in the Smoke with Billie Piper and Matt Smith and The Last Detective with Peter Davison.
