Co-Commander Lish Toos was second in command of Storm Mine 4. She kept the peace on the ship. When Taren Capel ordered Toos killed, the Fourth Doctor saved her and they went on to destroy them all. Uvanov, Poul and she were the only survivors. During there time together Toos and leela got along very well (DW: The Robots of Death)
