KKBE was the call sign for San Francisco's local terrestrial television] channel 7. It operated at least around the turn of the 21st century. The Eighth Doctor observed a weather report on the network and claimed that the news anchors were representative of humanity — "seeing patterns in things that [didn't] exist". (DW: Doctor Who)
- The call sign is not that of an actual television channel currently in operation in 2011. However, it is the call sign of an FM radio station in Ventura, California.
