Commander Stor of the Sontaran Special Space Service was the leader of the first raid in the Sontaran invasion of Gallifrey. He was killed by the Doctor when he used the demat-gun to stop Stor destroying the entire galaxy with a grenade. (DW: The Invasion of Time)
