Trevor Laird (born 1957) played Frax in the Doctor Who story Mindwarp and Clive Jones in the Doctor Who stories Smith and Jones, The Sound of Drums, and Last of the Time Lords. He is, along with Elisabeth Sladen, one of the only actors who appeared in the original series to also play a recurring character in the BBC Wales version of the show.
