Dr. Tanizaki is a Japanese doctor studying cybernetics who Ianto Jones hired to help preverse his girlfriend Lisa Hallett from her conversion into a Cyberman. He showed a keen interest in the Cybermen ever since the Battle of Canary Wharf. (TW: Cyberwoman)
