Ted was a morgue attendant at Walker General Hospital, who worked alongside Pete.
Biography
After the the Seventh Doctor appeared to die during surgery, Pete and Ted admitted his body to the morgue and ushered it into a refrigeration unit. For the hospital's New Year's Eve fancy dress party in 1999, Ted had intended to wear a Wild Bill Hickok costume. Unfortunately, before he had a chance to do so, the newly regenerated Doctor stole the outfit from his locker. He went to the party anyway, in a corpse costume. (DW: Doctor Who)
