This Young Male Soldier was a member of a unit led by Captain Federico Santos. They were sent to help Rex Matheson and Esther Drummond stop the Miracle in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was really an agent of the Three Families. When he was in a van with the other soldiers, he started praying in Spanish. He detonated a bomb which destroyed the van and everyone inside, along with a sample of Jack Harkness' mortal blood, which was vital in stopping the Miracle. This soldier became a category one shortly before the Miracle ended. He presumably died. (TW: The Blood Line)
