External links to include

  • A link to the http://www.drwhoguide.com entry (if it has one, which it probably will)
  • A link to the Whoniverse Discontinuity Guide entry (http://www.whoniverse.org) Discontinuity if the novel has one (in most cases, it will)
  • A link to the Cloister Library page, if it the novel has one. (Wikia wouldn't let me link to this site directly, hosted on Lycos, because of its spam filters.)
  • A link to the Bewildering References Guide listing (http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/Studio/6600/bwld.html). Really incomplete and old and not updated but often features comments from the authors themselves. --***Stardizzy*** 12:12, 21 March 2007 (UTC)

Archivist's notes

Not sure if I'd quite call this policy, but it's certainly a recommendation that's found some purchase. It's certainly not that this list comprises the only sites that can be used in the external links. But you will find at least some of these sites listed much of the time on pages having to do with novels. Still, it can be regarded as one valid explanation as to what should appear in a section mandated by the format for novels.
