I have been going through the New Series, Disconinuity, Plot Holes and Errors section and have found that there were mentions of events that occured in either the novels or the audio story, statments in that section seem to be contridicting either the episode or the novel/audio story, what is the policy regarding novel/audio story contunity and Television episode continuity? The specific wording in the Manual of style defines the section as "Plot holes, continuity conflicts with other stories, and bloopers which got past the editing process all go here."
So any continuity conflicts can be presented, but any discussion should take place in Howling:The Howling.
Additionally as far as the explanations go, there shouldn't be any that postulate on things ie anything with phrases like 'probably' or 'it's possible' or 'maybe', anything like this can be removed easily (hopefully this eradicates some issues). --Tangerineduel 16:38, September 5, 2009 (UTC)

Archivist's notes

All this has been superseded by the creation of Forum:Discontinuity index. Basically, ignore this whole thread.
