Biography

Something of an intellectual, "Mr Skinner" wrote at least one novel and speculated as to the Doctor's symbolic importance. After Ursula Blake took a photo of the Doctor on Christmas day, Mr Skinner identified him. He was absorbed by the Abzorbaloff. When the Abzorbaloff was defeated by Elton Pope, he died completely. (DW: Love & Monsters)

When Davros asked "How many have died in your name?" Colin was one of the many in the recollection of events. (DW: Journey's End)
