Type 103 was a type of TARDIS used by Time Lords. The Type 103's were bred from the sentient Type 102 TARDIS Compassion at some point into the Second War in Heaven. (EDA: The Shadows of Avalon) The Eighth Doctor encountered a Type 103 called Marie during his adventures. It appeared to be Near-human. (EDA: Alien Bodies)
