Eutenoyar was possibly one of the six founders of Time Lord society. (PDA: The Infinity Doctors, EDA: The Ancestor Cell). Prior to Galifrey's first destruction by the Eighth Doctor, superstitious Gallifreyan youths fell into cults devoted to Eutenoyar and to another founder, Apeiron.
