A fortune teller on the planet Shan Shen once offered to foretell Donna's future, but instead seemed more interested in manipulating her past. Her suggestion that Donna should turn away from her fateful first day at H.C. Clements forced Donna's past to change, and created a parallel world in which the Doctor was killed during his encounter with the Empress of the Racnoss (DW: Turn Left).

She may have been a member of the Trickster's Brigade, as she urged Donna to ponder her choices and was familiar enough with the Time Beetle's abilities that she called Donna "so strong" to have resisted it.
