DWBIT

ok, you've convinced me, i only have one more question, but it is not related to Faction Paradox, it is about the images in the "Battles of Time" comic strips. why have have they been mostly removed? Even the image that is used in the Quarsian article is gone, some of the comic images that were used in the comic's infoboxes have been removed and replaced with an image of the previous story.. Non-DWU/canon categories.

I notice that one of the non-DWU categories still has/was mistakenly added after the mass move "non-canonical", namely Category:Non-canonical Gallifreyans. Is there enough of them to require the page? Or should that be a super-category for Category:Non-DWU Doctors and Category:Non-DWU versions of the Master? -- Tybort (talk page) 21:38, June 10, 2012 (UTC)

FP Wiki

Yeah, that's fine I can be a bureaucrat over there. --Tangerineduel / talk 14:57, June 11, 2012 (UTC)

Thanks for the advice. I'll keep that in mind next time.Icecreamdif talk to me 15:33, June 11, 2012 (UTC)

Randomised feature articles

I do remember those! Sort of. I remember putting 'write some FA stuff' on my to do list and promptly forgot about it / got distracted by the many other things I randomly do.

Just a side question, (though I'm sure you've got everything in hand) the update that's coming for Wikia's MediaWiki, that's not going to cause any major issues is it? I just become slightly concerned about it considering all the changes you've made around here (all good, just worrisome when Wikia update/change stuff). --Tangerineduel / talk 13:59, June 15, 2012 (UTC)

HiFi

HiFi may not be Panda, but he is a stuffed panda. As the Doctor said, "That is the dematerializing control. And that, over yonder, is the horizontal hold. Up there is the scanner, those are the doors, that is a chair with a panda on it. Sheer poetry, dear boy! Now please stop bothering me." As such, I think that a mention of HiFi on the Panda page isn't completely out of line. —Josiah Rowe talk to me 02:47, June 20, 2012 (UTC)

Yeah, the "list of appearances" might be taking things a bit too far. I think that part of the conceit of Panda is the possibility that he might, somehow, be HiFi (perhaps given intelligence and a drinking problem some time after his time with Steven), but it's nothing more than a possibility, and I don't think that there's enough to support it in Iris Wildthyme stories (at least the ones I've heard/read) to justify listing HiFi's appearances in Panda - List of Appearances. I'll put the hatnote back on Panda, though. —Josiah Rowe talk to me 03:10, June 20, 2012 (UTC)
Never mind, I see that you've already done it. (Do you think he's some other sort of stuffed animal?) —Josiah Rowe talk to me 03:12, June 20, 2012 (UTC)
Oh, I never thought he was a panda. I mean I know the Doctor says that, but I thought he was just sorta generalising. It doesn't particularly look like a panda. Besides, why would a guy from centuries in the future have a panda stuffed animal? Pandas will be extinct then, surely.

My daughter has a stuffed dinosaur. And HiFi looks as much like a panda as your standard teddy looks like ursus arctos. I always assumed he was a stuffed panda bear (with the obligatory caveat that pandas aren't actually bears). —Josiah Rowe talk to me 03:37, June 20, 2012 (UTC)

More page moving

Peter Miles needs moving to Peter Miles (actor) and the redirect suppressed, unless there's another person by that name. -- Tybort (talk page) 15:56, June 20, 2012 (UTC)

FP wiki

I have a question related to the migration of content from Tardis to Faction Paradox Wiki. Which admin should I pass that question to? -- Tybort (talk page) 19:15, June 20, 2012 (UTC)

joseph0505

I've just reverted The TARDIS Worshippers (comic story) to you last version, but you might wish to check Joseph0505's last version before I did so.Boblipton talk to me 22:28, June 21, 2012 (UTC)

Locked template page

On Template:DWTV, The Dalek Invasion of Earth is misspelt as The Daleks Invasion of Earth. Also, should the Night and the Doctor episodes mention the individual parts? And the bit about non-canonical; I'm guessing that should be changed to "we don't cover them" or "these aren't valid sources". -- Tybort (talk page) 11:04, June 23, 2012 (UTC)
