Project Indigo is Earth's first experimental teleportation device, which was reverse engineered from the Sontaaran teleport. The first person to test the project was Martha Jones. However, Jack Harkness highly disaproves the device, saying that it hadn't been tested. Despite this, the device works. (DW: The Stolen Earth)
