Volkswagen Beetle was an Earth car manufactured in the 20th and 21st centuries.

The Doctor had a Volkswagen Beetle that fitted into an alcove in the TARDIS, which he drove (and let Sam Jones) drive on numerous occasions. (EDA: Vampire Science, Longest Day, Seeing I) The Doctor traded it to a Faction Paradox cultist in 2002 for information, it was (supposedly) taken back in time and melted down to create the car, thereby creating a paradox. (EDA: Unnatural History)
