Vicky Latimer was a teacher at Coal Hill School. She wore her black hair drawn back in a bun. Sam Jones told her and Trev Selby that Baz Bailey was after her for reporting him to the police. They accompanied her when she returned to 76 Totter's Lane in hopes of finding the Eighth Doctor. (EDA: The Eight Doctors)
