Satellite galaxy

Satellite galaxies, also called dwarf galaxies, were small galaxies that orbited larger galaxies. They contained many stars, but not as many as a larger galaxy.

In the 43rd century, humans colonised the Canis Major Dwarf galaxy. (DWBIT: #45)
