Darla Von Karlsen was a near-human woman the Doctor met on Skaro after recieving her plea for help. She told the Doctor her daughter Hannah was trapped in a Dalek prison camp which she had escaped from, The Doctor was rightly suspicious as The Parliament of the Daleks turned her into a Dalek puppet and gave her the mission of securing the Eleventh Doctor for their plan to destroy the Dalek Asylum.
