The Oog Sphere was the ice-covered homeworld of the Ood.
Astronomical Data
The Oog Sphere was located in the same star system as the Sense Sphere, which was in the Horsehead Nebula. (DW: Planet of the Ood, DWAN: Doctor Who The Official Annual 2007) It was covered in mountains and high cliffs and seemed to be cold enough to have snow and permanent buildings made of ice. History
The Oog evolved and survived on the snowy planet in peace until the Second Great and Bountiful Human Empire arrived the 39th century and enslaved them.
