Darla Von Karlsen was a near-human woman the Doctor met on Skaro after recieving her plea for help. She told the Doctor her daughter Hannah was trapped in a Dalek prison camp (which she had escaped from), but the Doctor was suspicious, and rightly so; the Parliament of the Daleks had actually turned her into a Dalek puppet and gave her the mission of securing the Eleventh Doctor for their plan to destroy the Dalek Asylum.
