Buller was a London cab driver. He blamed Li H'sen Chang for his wife's disappearance, but before he could report to the Metropolitan Police Service, Chang had Mr Sin kill him. The pathologist Professor George Litefoot later performed an autopsy on him. (TV: The Talons of Weng-Chiang)
