Christopher Benjamin (born 27 December 1934) appeared in several Doctor Who stories: as Sir Keith Gold in Inferno, Henry Gordon Jago in The Talons of Weng-Chiang, and Colonel Hugh in The Unicorn and the Wasp, making him one of the few actors to guest star in both the classic and new series of Doctor Who. He also voiced Tardelli in AUDIO: Grand Theft Cosmos.
Benjamin is a very familiar face to fans of 1960s British TV series, having appeared in many guest starring roles in shows such as Danger Man and The Prisoner.
In 2009, Benjamin returned to the role of Henry Gordon Jago in The Mahogany Murderers, an instalment of Big Finish Productions' The Companion Chronicles and continued to play him in the Jago and Litefoot audio series.
