The Silver Cloak was a group of pensioners set up to find the Tenth Doctor.

History

The group was created by Wilfred Mott, who believed the Doctor could help his granddaughter Donna Noble remember him. The group travelled in a minibus and talked via walkie-talkies. They found the Doctor in two hours. They took a picture with him and then left for Wilf to speak with the Doctor. The Doctor was surprised they found him so quickly, remarking it took centuries for some people to find him. (TV: The End of Time).
