The Futurekind Chieftain was the chieftain of the Futurekind, hanging around Silo 16.
After Professor Yana turned back into The Master, the Futurekind horde could get inside the abandoned Silo. But The Doctor, Martha Jones and Jack Harkness escaped in time, leaving the Chieftain and his minions to feed only on Chantho's remains. Presumably he had died when Malcassairo had nova-ed later on that year, along with the entire Futurekind species. (DW: Utopia)
