Keara was a member of Varsh's group of Outlers on Alzarius and the daughter of Login. She was unsupportive of Adric joining the group. They entered the Starliner and were arrested. Login had become a decider and supported the rebels in their trial. With his help, Keara and the group were allowed back into society. She was saddened by the death of Tylos. (TV: Full Circle)
