The Children of Time are moving against us.
The Children of Time is the name given by the Daleks to the group of people, consisting mostly of the Doctor's companions, that worked together to defeat the Daleks, stop the Reality Bomb and send the Lost planets of the Medusa Cascade back to where they were meant to be, in The Stolen Earth and Journey's End.
