Jim Harris, was a member of the Ramsey Mob, and met Tommy Ramsey and the other members of the gang during the war. He was the unofficial turf accountant for their unit, and was in charge of the horse gambling in the Ramsey Mob after the war. He was one of the first to be invited to be part of the gang and was one of the ‘inner seven’.
