Manussa, also known as G139901KB , was a type 314-S planet with an atmosphere and gravity only fractionally different than that of Earth. When encountered by the Fifth Doctor, Nyssa and Tegan, it was a colony of an otherwise unnamed "Federation", with an economy based on agriculture and tourism. However, in its past, it had once been the homeworld of both the Manussan and Sumaran Empires. (DW: Snakedance)
