This really isn't The Dalek Chronicles (graphic novel). The best name fitting in with our established "system" is DWMS Summer 1994: Dalek Chronicles or maybe DWMS Summer Special 1994-2 or, to go precisely by the indicia, The Dalek Chronicles: Doctor Who Magazine Summer Special 1994.
