Howe and Stephen James Walker is a publishing company which published the Telos Doctor Who Novellas, as well as the Time Hunter novellas (tangentially linked to the Doctor Who Universe) and unofficial and unlicensed Doctor Who and Torchwood non-fiction guide books.
