Mandy Tanner was a twelve-year-old girl travelling aboard Starship UK.
Biography
Mandy was Timmy's friend. Whilst she got good marks in a test, he received a zero and was sent "below". Mandy knew he was sent "below" due to his disappearance. She was in London Market, being watched by the Eleventh Doctor and Amy Pond from the TARDIS. Amy followed Mandy, and when Mandy hid against a wall, Amy walked by, and Mandy told Amy to stop following her. Amy gave Mandy the purse that the Doctor took when he bumped into her four times.
