- 25 - Amy Pond and Rory Williams set a place for the Eleventh Doctor at Christmas for the third consecutive year. He finally showed up after leaving them in 2011. From the Doctor's perspective, he had just left the home of Madge Arwell on Christmas Day 1941. (TV: The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe)

- AUDIO: The Flames of Cadiz was released.
- The second series of The Fourth Doctor Adventures started, with the release of AUDIO: The Auntie Matter.
- 7 - HOMEVID: Shada and More than Thirty Years in the TARDIS were released in a DVD boxset, The Legacy.
