Raji James (born 24 February 1970) played Rajesh Singh in the Doctor Who television stories Army of Ghosts and Doomsday. Outside of Doctor Who, he appeared in ITV's The Bill alongside Simon Rouse, Jeff Stewart and Graham Cole.
