Chloe, I want to hurt you
Chloe Webber's father, an abusive man, who Chloe feared, emerged as a living, dangerous dangerous.
Biography
Chloe's father fell in love with Trish Webber and had Chloe together. He was a criminal and abused Trish and Chloe. When times were rough, Trish would sing "Kookaburra Sits in an Old Gumtree" and, to Chloe, everything bad seemed to disappear. Eventually, he left Trish and Chloe.
In 2012, or shortly before, Chloe became mentally linked to a young Isolus, which enabled Chloe to turn people into living drawings and to make drawings come to life. Chloe drew her father, who became an increasing threat to the Doctor and Rose Tyler, who were trying to free Chloe. When Rose helped the Isolus escape from Earth, her father came to hurt Trish and Chloe. Trish sung "Kookaburra Sits in the Old Gumtree" and Chloe's happiness caused her father to vanish away (DW: Fear Her)
